2026 Spring Baseball

Welcome to Eastview Little League Spring 2025 Baseball,

Eastview Little League offers baseball for league ages 4-15 in divisions that are based upon "League Age". League age is determined by Little League International and can be found by using the age chart attached below. Please note that League Age is not necessarily the same "age" of your player. Little League encourages players to ascend through division play and not skip or "play up" a division. For more information, see detailed division descriptions below.

TEE-BALL
Our Tee Ball division is mainly about having fun in a team setting with an introduction to the basic fundamentals of baseball. Tee Ball is open to league age 4- and 5-year-olds.
Games are three innings or 60 minutes long. Each player hits and runs the bases in every inning. Batting tees are used to hit from, no outs are recorded, and a score is not kept.

FARM
The Farm Division consists primarily of league age 6-year-old players. League age 5-year-olds with at least one year of Tee Ball experience may register for this division.
Games are 4 innings or 1hr and 30 minutes long. This is an instructional division where players hit strictly machine pitch. No scores are kept, and every player will hit each inning. On defense each team is allowed up to ten (10) defensive positions. The fundamentals of baseball continue to be reinforced and players are introduced to additional aspects of the game.

ROOKIES
The Rookie Division consists of league age 7 & 8-year-old players and is the first introduction to “kid pitch” baseball where the players pitch to the opposing team. Games are 4 innings or 1hr and 45 minutes.
All players are required to be evaluated and teams are formed through a manager draft process supervised by the Player Agents.
After 4 balls, the batter’s coach will step into finish, continuing with the same count. Strike-outs are introduced at this level. Scores are kept and three outs are recorded, which ends each half inning. On defense, each team is allowed up to ten (10) defensive positions. The fundamentals of baseball continue to be reinforced and players are introduced to additional aspects of the game.

 MINORS
The Minors Division is the first "live baseball" division consisting primarily of league age 9- and 10-year-old players.
All players are required to be evaluated and teams are formed through a manager draft process supervised by the Player Agents. Little League baseball rules are observed, but additional rules may be drafted and approved by the board for this division. Players pitch and all players in the lineup bat. On defense each team will have nine (9) defensive positions, and scores and standings are kept. Coaches and umpires enforce the Rules & Regulations of Little League Baseball. Players are taught advanced fundamentals of baseball such that they are exposed to pitching techniques, playing positions, defensive pre‐pitch preparedness, live batting, and aggressive base running. A postseason tournament will determine the champion for the division.

MAJORS
The Majors Division is "draft" level and represents true competitive play. It is generally oriented for experienced players league age 11 and 12. All players are required to be evaluated and teams are formed through a manager draft process supervised by Player Agents.
Players pitch and all players in the lineup bat. The standard nine (9) baseball defensive positions are used, and scores and standings are kept. This level focuses on more advanced skill development. Players are exposed to faster pitching speeds, harder hit balls, and the overall pace of the game is much faster. Coaches and umpires enforce the Rules & Regulations of Little League Baseball. A postseason tournament will determine the champion for the division.

JUNIORS
The Juniors division is a "draft" level and represents a true competitive play. Players 13-14 are required to be evaluated at Bloch Field and teams are formed through a manager draft process supervised by the Player Agent.
