We're currently working on compiling resources for coaches here that will include practice plans, guides, resources and more. This is currently a work in progress and more will be added as we have time.
A great place to start for a new or returning coach is to visit
Little League University's Coaches page. There's a lot of great information here for coaches of all levels with plenty of
resourceful videos and articles. Please take the time to browse the information as well as familiarize yourself with the
LL Rulebook, which can be downloaded to your phone for easy access. You can also browse the
Rules, Regulations and Policies. As you move up to older divisions as a coach, and even begin to coach in post-season tournaments, there's a lot to be mindful of.
One very important element of player safety is respecting
LL Pitching Rules, please make sure you are aware of these rules in regards to the number of pitches allowed per age as well as the amount of rest required after pitching. These guidelines can also be found in our
handbook.
Please familiarize yourself with the
Bat Regulations and
Bat Rules as outlined by Little League.
